BorKeinya (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) is a matrimonial introduction service operated by our team, based in Manipur, India. By registering a profile on borkeinya.com, you (“you”, “member”) agree to the following terms in full.
Nature of Service
What We Are
BorKeinya is an online platform that facilitates introductions between individuals seeking matrimonial alliances within the Manipuri community. We are an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
No Guarantee of Match
We do not guarantee that you will find a life partner, receive responses from other members, or that any introduction made through this platform will result in a matrimonial alliance. The platform provides a medium for introductions only — the outcome of any interaction is entirely between the parties involved.
Registration Declaration
Accuracy of Information
All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Photograph Authenticity
The photograph uploaded is a genuine and recent photograph of yourself.
Marital Status & Age Eligibility
You are currently unmarried and legally eligible to enter into matrimony, and you are above 18 years of age.
Consent to Verification Contact
You consent to being contacted by the BorKeinya team for profile verification purposes.
Consequences of Misrepresentation
Misrepresentation of any information — including personal details, educational qualifications, profession, marital status, or Yek-Salai/caste/tribe — may result in immediate removal of your profile without prior notice and without refund of any subscription fees paid.
Membership Plans & Pricing
Plans Are Subject to Change
BorKeinya's membership plans and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals and do not affect an already-active subscription period.
Features May Be Modified
Features included in any plan may be modified, added, or removed as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated offering.
No Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by applicable law.
View Quota
View quotas included in a plan reset monthly on renewal and do not carry forward to the next billing period. Free plan quotas are subject to change.
Platform Changes & Availability
Right to Modify
BorKeinya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the service as a whole at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to design, functionality, and user interface.
Terms Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Service Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Profile Accuracy
BorKeinya does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any member's profile or information.
Member Conduct
We make no guarantee regarding the character, conduct, or intentions of any member you interact with through the platform. Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before meeting or entering into any arrangement with another member.
No Endorsement
The exchange of profiles through BorKeinya does not constitute a matrimonial offer, recommendation, or endorsement by us.
Member Conduct
Prohibited Actions
Members agree not to share false or fraudulent profile information, approach other members for financial transactions of any kind, share sensitive personal information such as bank details or government IDs through the platform, use the platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial introductions, or engage in abusive or harassing behaviour toward other members or the platform team.
Consequences
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your profile without notice or refund.
Right to Block
BorKeinya reserves the right to block or restrict any member's access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if the member is found to be in violation of these Terms or if their conduct is deemed harmful to other members or the platform. No refund of subscription fees will be issued in such cases.
Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap
BorKeinya's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your current active subscription, and no further.
No Consequential Damages
BorKeinya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including damages arising from interactions with other members, loss of data, or service interruptions.
Member Liability
All civil or criminal liability arising from content posted on the platform by a member is borne solely by that member.
Indemnification
Your Obligation
You agree to indemnify and hold BorKeinya, its team members, affiliates, and representatives harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable legal costs — arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms, any breach of your declarations, or any content you post on the platform.
Privacy
Privacy Policy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at borkeinya.com/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of BorKeinya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manipur, India.
Account Deletion
Members who wish to permanently delete their account and all associated data must contact us directly at borkeinya2026@gmail.com with their registered email address. Account deletions are processed as per our data retention policy and may take up to 7 working days.
